Booking Terms

Stay requests

Submitting a “Request to Book” or enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. Bookings are confirmed only after we (or the property owner) accept dates, pricing and house rules in writing.

Estimates & availability

On-site price estimates are indicative. Final rates, fees, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed during the booking process.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect house rules, occupancy limits, neighbours and the property. Damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear may be charged as agreed in the booking confirmation.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by property and season. Specific terms will be stated when a stay is confirmed.
